- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I Foster Care an Intellectually Disabled Adult relative. He has been going to Dr. Shrum & Dr. Hilton for many years. This Spring he developed Conjunctivitis that would not go away. Dr. Hilton & Dr. Shrum worked together to get him healed over the course of several weeks. He was treated with the utmost respect, friendliness, and professionalism. From Lisa at the font desk on Wednesdays to Jennifer B in the back we could not have asked for better treatment. They knew us by name. They carefully & cheerfully used alternative measures to conduct the eye exam since he cannot read. They encouraged him and spoke to him so that he could understand them. Terrific people!
